You could buy like 20 cans of that stuff and spray your whole car with it.
When any light source hit your ride at night, it would cause anyone looking at it to be temporarily blinded and disorientated, which may give you enough time to make a swift getaway.
In effect your car would look like a flaming meteor with no possible way for anyone to get a positive ID on the vehicle.

I guess this could also work for anyone that hates getting their picture taken. Spray yourself with it and you'll never be caught off guard again!!
