I have always been a fan of The Vamps since my teenage years in Baltimore, MD. I saw them perform at the Pimlico Race Track, danced with Johnny when he performed on "American Bandstand" hosted by Dick Clark in Phila, PA. The year was 1987! Joined them at Maxwell's in Perry Hall,MD, followed them to Ocean City, MD, more clubs in Pennsylvania and Delaware, all against my dad's wishes! The lead singer was "Johnny VAMP" now known as Johnny Vance who since moved on with some of the greats to NYC where Johnny formed his band "Skin n'Bones"!
It is so great to see him performing on Cape Cod and throughout New England with his own identity. He is, and always has been, a fantastic singer, songwriter!!!
Hey Johnny, I'm still crazy about you! Can't wait to see you at Sundancers. How many years has it been?
