Typhoon Ferri is an origianl rock/funk/folk band out of Beantown. A staple on the Cape for over 8 years, TF was formed in Boston in 1999 as a three-piece band. Their early sound was a blues/folk/rock based sound that soon evolved with live perfomances. Now nearly 10 years together, TF is gearing for the release on their 3rd CD, on the heels of 2005's DETERGENCY,( a critically acclaimed eclectic album that brought TF to a wider audience including performances at the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW Austin Texas, and The Thurman Munson Dinner (celebrity benefit)).

TF's favorite CAPE COD spot is LAND HO! Performing 5-6 times per year at the legendary watering hole, there has NEVER been a slow/quiet night. Great food, friendly staff, continuous drinking is what you find at LAND HO! The band can share some stories about the patrons as well!

TF features over 35 originals and over 30 cover tunes. They are diverse and can perform acoustically as well. If memory serves me, they even performed at a party on the Cape, booked by a new fan who discovered them at the HO!
